As we evolve our structure to better serve our customers, we are looking to recruit an experienced Web design Manager to lead and direct the content design team to create & produce market leading visual communication outputs ready for use across multi-channel executions.

As a Web Design Manager at Studio, you will be:

  • Leading, managing, and developing the performance and potential of the team
  • Producing industry leading creative concepts & content design across all formats, channels and calendars with a strong digital bias
  • Delivering brand aligned creative design toolkits with a digital first mindset
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand campaign / content objectives, timings, deliverables, and formats to ensure effective onward briefing
  • Identifying, building, and maintaining positive internal and external stakeholder relationships

Experience

  • Extensive experience in multi-channel, digital first design
  • Strong level of creative concept development experience
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering first class creative solutions
  • Working for a digital retailer
  • Working in a multi-channel retail environment
  • Leading and engaging a team to deliver marketing leading design
  • Coaching team members to exceed their own expectations
  • Driving and leading transformational change
  • Effectively managing a range of tasks and priorities, simultaneously
  • Designing and delivering to SLA's
  • Budget management
  • Mac Operator
  • Managing multiple projects

Knowledge

  • Market trends and competitor activity
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in a creative and brand related role
  • In-depth knowledge of graphic design software and budget management
