Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern - Thursday to Monday 9am - 5pm

Contract: Fixed term November 2022 - March 2023

Location: Bath, Locksbrook Road, BA1 3EN

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Warehouse Operative to join us during our busiest months!

You will support and oversee our new Marketplace and Mainstream Operations. You will be making sure that all orders are picked, prepared, packed and dispatched in accordance to supplier compliance.

You will also support in training staff and overseeing them as they carry out processing duties, product QC checks and occasionally product rewords. There will also be the opportunity to produce data reports from our current systems when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce pick and pack sheets for shipment processing
• Enter amazon sku numbers for ones that are missing from the list and update the template
• Tick in the Ebay shipments what skus require bagging and labels
• Book in DT replenishment shipment, update locations on pick sheets if they are for DT stock as the location will be the pallet + remove all stock not required for marketplace and get it put back onto the shelf in unit B before the night shift starts their stocktakes
• Enter carton details in Seller Central and complete the shipment
• Support with some data duties: producing product WEEE / Battery and Waste Packaging reports as necessary
• Book UPS collection for all Amazon UK shipments and label up all cartons
• Enter carton details in Orange Connext, get Royal Mail labels and enter tracking Label up all Ebay parcels and hand over the yorks to fulfilment to go out on the royal mail trucks
• Check stock levels of mailers and cut down boxes, security seals and battery labels at least twice a week
• Processing Amazon overstocked returns through the transfer system
• Support with onboarding and processing exsisting and new Mainstream customer orders
• Oversee Value Added Services and Projects where required
• Train and support with QC checks on our UK products
• Checking emails and responding quickly and effectively to all communications

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Stock Control / Retail experience is essential
• Experience of working with Marketplaces eg. Amazon, eBay would be preferred
• Experience of working with Supplier Compliance Requirements would be preferred
• Able to work on multiple projects at once and keep to strict deadlines
• High computer literacy and knowledge of microsoft and google software products
