Position Objective:

The Senior Tax Analyst is required to assist with US and international income tax compliance, tax accounting and special tax projects for a global manufacturing company and 150 subsidiaries.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Prepare ASC 740 tax provisions for income taxes for consolidated financial statements.
  • Provide assistance to outsourced preparation of US federal & international, state and local corporate income tax returns.
  • Support various income tax audits in the US and foreign jurisdictions.
  • Provide assistance to indirect tax compliance and audits as assigned.
  • Participate with special tax projects relating to transactional tax analyses, M&A tax due diligence, , inter-company transfer pricing and BEPS compliance, corporate reorganizations, and government tax incentive programs.


Position Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Accounting, CPA license. Master’s degree in Tax or Accounting preferred;
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience dealing with foreign and U.S. international tax issues for multinational corporations;
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, team oriented, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking to meet tight deadlines in a face-pace environment;
  • Experience with OneSource software and SAP/Oracle a plus.
