The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst to support the Fabrication team in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintains synchronization of the supply chain between international or domestic organizations, customers and suppliers by utilizing Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to support global markets.
• Analyzes material requirements to determine appropriate attributes to drive accurate demand through the supply chain.
• Establishes order policies.
• Creates orders to satisfy demand requirements supporting the supply chain.
• Develops and controls inventory plans and integrates company, customer and supplier capabilities to optimize inventory levels, turn rates and unit cost while ensuring accurate requirements and delivery schedules.
• Schedules requirements by analyzing available resources and manages shop capacity to support on time delivery.
• Applies knowledge of processes associated with regulating/distribution of goods through the entire manufacturing cycle to the delivery of finished products.
• Introduces new SCM tools and techniques by working with complex processes and organizational relationships to improve the supply chain.
• Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• 5+ years’ experience in working cross-functionally and independently under general supervision to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
• 5+ years’ experience & knowledge including but not limited to: ERPLN, eTRAC, Andon, BORIS, SAT, Velocity, Order Manager, SRIT, and BESSY.
• 5+ years’ experience with 5S & Knowledge (Lean, Six Sigma a plus).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years’ experience with Shared Services Procurement Network.
• 1+ years’ of 787 Program Experience.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
