Job description
Dauphin County Social Services for Children & Youth is currently accepting applications for the Full Time, day-shift position of Descriptive Statistician 2. The Descriptive Statistician 2 is responsible for the collection, organization, classification and statistical analysis and summarization of quantified and statistical data from assigned projects. Work is performed as part of a work unit focused on assuring the quality of human services in Dauphin County. The employee hired for this position designs databases, evaluation tools, forms, surveys, and questionnaires utilized to both gather and analyze data. The Descriptive Statistician 2 also develops reports to interpret and present data, as well as present and explain these reports to project stakeholders.
The Descriptive Statistician 2 is supervised by the Quality Assurance Analyst Supervisor.
Transcripts must include: 1) Name of the Applicant, 2) School Name, 3) Full list of academic coursework, 4) Degree (if awarded).
