We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team passionate about our Retail Store Workforce Management Solutions. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in SaaS solution configuration, integration design and solution testing during both new implementations and operations. This role will be focused on support our new Scheduling solution for retail stores around the world.

There is a heavy emphasis in this team on configuration of SaaS products. This role provides support in the implementation of new SaaS solutions and support those solutions post launch. This engineer will work on solution design, system configuration, testing, and incident management. Core accountabilities of this job include:

• Support our new Legion Workforce Management global scheduling solution
• Partner with Product Management to understand requirements and translate the requirements into a technical solution
• Maintain system configuration for improvements, operational updates and break/fix.
• Partner with Architecture to design system integrations, including identifying the source-to-target mapping
• Support program test phases by crafting test scenarios
• Develop, implement, and continually improve system and network monitoring and alerting capabilities and procedures
• Write knowledge base documents to improve operations, SOP and contribute to IT organization
• Participate on the agile scrum team with members both local and abroad.

You will collaborate with the Retail Product Management, Program Management and Retail Operations teams to ensure that goals, objectives and work plans of the group align with the product roadmap and priorities. Additionally, you will work with other technology teams that own the up- and down-streams solutions to coordinate dependencies and roadmaps.

To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:

• Experience with Workforce Management solutions for optimized Employee Scheduling preferred. Solutions could include UKG Dimensions, Kronos Workforce Central, Legion, Reflexis, Infor, etc.
• Experience with SaaS solution configuration and production support
• Experience with modern integration architecture, such as APIs and event driven integrations
• Experience in an Agile or Scrum development environment, including a demonstrated ability to deliver software applications in this environment
• Experience identifying test scenarios and creation of test scripts
• Demonstrable experience as a member of a large project / project team
• Outstanding collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Some knowledge in configuration of various components that are standard for Nike, such as S3, EC2, Airflow and Nifi, Lambda, SQS, AWS SNS, AWS Cloud Formation is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study, or any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education and training
