Your Goal:

This position is responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel and focuses heavily on clinical recruitment.

How You'll Contribute To Our Mission:

• Conducts full cycle recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel, with an emphasis on clinical recruitment; including posting advertisements for vacancies, screening potential candidates, and completing job offers.
• Develops relationships with recruitment sources, such as school programs and/or professional organizations.
• Conducts regular sourcing of hard to fill roles and establishes a pipeline of candidates for future use.
• Regularly communicates with hiring manager and candidates to provide timely updates on current status in the recruitment process.
• Facilitates job offer and ensures all required preemployment documents are received in association with Greater Family Health policies and procedures.
• Maintains accurate and compliant recruiting records.
• Reviews the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment sources for specific positions.
• Reports to all scheduled work sites and shifts on time and fully prepared to engage in all job responsibilities; location of work sites and shifts will change at the discretion of the supervisor.
• Engages in all offered training, consultations and supervisions made available. Fully and professionally respond to and implement directives and advice offered by all supervisory and training personnel, as well as professionally offered feedback from coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• High School or G.E.D. diploma/transcripts is required; associate or bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
• Two to five years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Working Knowledge of PC-based systems and electronic spreadsheet.
