Serenity is looking for a Receptionist for our Biltmore, Phoenix office. This role is critical to our mission. You will provide support to our patients by creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere, having genuine conversations, and developing memorable experiences for them to receive the best care. We are looking for people who thrive in social interactions and find gratification in improving someone’s day. We are looking for people who can work 13 hours shifts, 2 days a week. What You Will Do
  • Extend a warm greeting to each patient and attempt to make a meaningful conversation.
  • Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, their interests, and stories.
  • Build patient trust by answering questions, addressing worries, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to their individual challenges.
  • Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.
Qualifications
  • A genuinely positive personality, professional demeanor, and strong customer service mindset.
  • Proactive in initiating one-on-one personable conversations with multiple people. (Excellent communication skills)
  • Responsible and organized individuals we can depend on being at work when scheduled.
  • Comfortable working with computer-based information systems.
  • Good oral and written communication. Basic math skills.
  • One year or more in the reception or personal customer service industry is preferred.
