Senior Quality Engineer (Software Validation) – Mississippi

BioTalent is supportinga global pharmaceutical organisation which is a world-leading pioneer in medical innovations to improve the lives of patients.

They are looking to develop their team through the key hire of a Senior Quality Engineer (Software Validation). This role will play a key role in working as part of a team to perform equipment qualification and process validation, process capability, and process control studies for assigned areas. It will be based on the facility which produces several major product lines with a diverse array of automated manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute software validation activities in manufacturing and support areas.

· Drive quality/manufacturing projects utilising Lean, problem solving, process control, and project management tools to achieve operational excellence.

· Assist in the identification and development of process improvement projects.

· Responsible for ensuring the quality of facility systems.

Requirements:

· BS in Engineering or Computer Science.

· Working knowledge of applications such as Wonderware, Allen-Bradley PLC, Access.

· Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to quickly learn and understand processes/applications.

· FDA and GMP manufacturing work environment experience.

· QA / Pharmaceutical industry experience is desired.
