Senior Program Manager

Job Summary:

Validatek is seeking a talented Senior Program Manager to support an enterprising program with our DISA customer. The performance expectations will be the following:

  • Be the single point of contact for the COR and JSP CAS Leadership and shall be authorized to report on the status of and direct all activities and staff under this effort.
  • Manage the transition and ensure readiness for operations.
  • Maintain a workforce capable of ensuring uninterrupted performance of all tasks.
  • Develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed.
  • Oversee the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of the contract.
  • Oversee fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
  • Serve as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering, computer information systems, telecommunications, or management information systems, and a minimum of 10+ years of documented experience in a similar role to this key position.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III PM.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification.
  • Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing a complex information technology operation in similar size and scope as referenced under this requirement.
  • Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this requirement.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to information technology operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in a DoD IT environment.
  • Experience managing performance-based order requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large scale deployments of enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large scale virtual and physical server infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in DoD Information Technology security practices.
