It will be critical to the program for these expectations are measurable and strongly defined in the contract as SLA with KPIs.

Critical requirements for this position are a proven track record delivering transformational strategic sourcing change efforts (supplier consolidation, contract terms improvements, senior stakeholder engagement, etc., across a large number of suppliers) in the Essential Ingredients category, including but limited to, chemicals, additives, flavors, starches, sweeteners, etc. The category is made up of hundreds of ingredients spread across numerous suppliers, with many simple contracts managing small amounts of spend.
