About the Role:

The Senior Procurement Analyst is responsible for supporting the Strategic Acquisitions team of procurement managers and directors with complex analyses and organizational responsibilities.

The senior procurement analyst will be:

• Responsible for improving data, reporting, processes and communication, both within procurement and between procurement and other departments to solve operational problems
• Responsible for supporting and maintaining procurement systems while driving user adoption
• Responsible for ensuring operational SLAs and KPIs are met with a focus on continuous improvement

Requirements for the Role:

• Bachelor's degree
• Procurement experience
• 4+ years of experience managing full cycle PM across multiple stakeholders, preferably within the technology or strategic sourcing space
• Certification in CSCP, CPM, CBPP, Sig Sigma, PMP, Zip, Ironclad, Coupa, Ariba preferred
• Experience running day to day procurement system and improving processes. Strong desire to positively influence and organization working with several stakeholders across the business.
• Excellent customer service skills when dealing with team members at all levels of the organization. Will also work with suppliers and will need to negotiate without damaging relationships but rather work in a spirit of partnership
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to participate and/or lead meetings in a remote first work environment
• Understanding of how technology supports/enables sourcing and procurement objectives. Ability to identify and implement system and process improvements.
• Knowledgeable on new procurement technologies to support the technical roadmap.
• Experience working through the procure to pay lifecycle. This includes experience with vendor onboarding through vendor payment. Evidence of continuous improvement delivered via KPIs.
• Ability to identify key objectives and distill performance data into actionable insights for review by senior leadership.

This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company's equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The expected salary range for this position is $94,518 to $105,020. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
