Job duties:
- Lead and collaborate on planning, research, zoning, outreach, mapping and reporting activities.
- Project Manager for the firm's public sector client(s).
- Attend virtual and in-person meetings, including some evening meetings.
- Schedule, organize, lead and attend public outreach and public meetings.
- Support business development and marketing activities.
Skills and experience required:
- Passionate, highly skilled and creative.
- Experienced in community design and policy development.
- Empathetic and positive, able to sensitively deal with communities affected by hurricanes.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between comprehensive planning and implementation strategies/tools.
- Mentoring, coaching and management.
- Successful track record of winning and delivering on bids and proposals.
- Experienced in public outreach.
- Strong computer skills.
