Job Summary:

As a Placement Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts of the agency and driving revenue growth. You will be managing a team of Senior Care Advisors and collaborating with other departments to ensure that the agency meets its sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Senior Care Advisors and provide guidance and training as needed
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospective referral sources
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that client needs are met
• Monitor and analyze sales data and adjust strategies as needed
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure that the agency's sales processes are effective and efficient
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of sales experience in a placement agency, home health, or a similar industry
• Experience managing a sales team
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies accordingly
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:

Base salary and commission will be based upon experience. Medical, dental and vision as well as stock options available.
