The Senior Manager, Talent Management will lead a small team and will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic talent management initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. This role will provide hands-on leadership support and drive organizational programs and initiatives in talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, talent planning, ID&E, and employee engagement across DRB. The Senior Manager, Talent Management will have the ability to innovate and enhance the employee experience and be a key partner in building the organizational and people capability we need for the future.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and lead talent management and development initiatives that are aligned with business goals and that support accelerated organizational growth.
• Lead the talent acquisition strategy with support of the talent acquisition team and develop, implement, and maintain a best-in-class talent acquisition process with a focus on enhancing the candidate experience.
• Work with the Vontier corporate talent team to incorporate DRB’s needs and direction for talent and people processes and implement talent management programs that align to DRB’s goals.
• Lead and support the implementation of a new performance management process for DRB, manage the process annually, and serve as the expert in driving a culture of high performance and employee growth and development.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and partner with the broader HR team and leadership to manage action plans that foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and execute retention initiatives focused on retaining top talent.
• Expand the leadership and employee learning and development strategy through building on the foundation of DRB’s leadership development programs, understand opportunities, and implement additional learning and development programs that support DRB’s growth goals.
• Create career planning and development tools and resources that will enable employee career growth and development in support of desired career paths.
• Lead the ID&E agenda and initiatives for DRB in support of organizational goals and in alignment with the broader ID&E strategy for Vontier.
• Develop meaningful talent management metrics through partnership with HR, leadership, and Vontier corporate that measure the effectiveness of talent management processes and ID&E initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; MBA is a plus
• 7+ years in talent management or related field with 3+ years leading HR or talent teams
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development, and talent planning processes
• Ability to work with leaders at various levels and key stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement talent management strategies
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Experience driving continuous improvement in talent management processes
• Ability to work with data, metrics, and trends
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable working at strategic and tactical levels
• Prior experience in a technology organization is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications, including MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Willingness to travel periodically in support of collaboration with other DRB Systems teams.
