SALARY: $94,400 - $112,100, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead accounting processes for Anheuser-Busch’s Marketing group
  • Responsible for monthly financial close, journal entries, accrual calculations, and related documentation
  • Provide both routine and ad hoc accurate and timely reporting, analysis, reconciliations, tracking & monitoring, and budget support
  • Perform variance analysis combined with developing and producing models and reports to conduct analysis based on management/customer requests to determine issues and escalate for resolution
  • Deliver process requirements to achieve KPI targets
  • Ensure compliance to internal controls, standards, and regulations (IFRS, SOX/MICs, etc.)
  • Lead development of new processes, system requirements and implementation
  • Lead and participate as a member of process improvement or project teams
  • Assume and complete project responsibilities in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Take corrective action to resolve errors or inconsistencies
  • Regularly assess processes and identify improvement using the PDCA process
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related business area.
  • 4+ years’ experience providing analytical support in an Accounting and Reporting or related sub process area
  • 3+ years’ experience leading less complex business projects
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including advanced proficiency with Excel
  • Experience analyzing business (i.e., sales, financial or accounting) results of less complex accounts
  • Proficiency with SAP (including modules: Materials Management, Financials, Controlling, Profitability Analysis), Business Objects or other query type software
  • Understanding of internal and external standards, controls, regulations, (IFRS, SOX/MICs, equity agreements)
  • Knowledge of related customer processes and related reports/systems
  • Customer issue resolution
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven presentation skills
  • Able to prioritize workload, work in pressured environment, and meet tight daily deadlines
  • Able to self-manage and work well with some supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree
  • Knowledge of applicable systems (i.e. SAP, Business Objects, Anaplan, Business Warehouse, Cognos)
