How You'll Make an Impact:

This role typical reports into the Senior Director, Enterprise Support, Network Services, has 5+ direct reports and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment

90% Personnel Management & Development, Project Management, and Continuous Improvement
  • Manage a Technical Support team of up to 15 individuals to deliver high quality, timely and relevant support to end users
  • Ability to prioritize work effort to support Company objectives
  • Scheduling of shifts as applicable to support Company needs, and ensure facilities have proper coverage amid hoteling and hybrid work environments or as Business needs arise
  • Leverage data from ITSM tool (ServiceNow) to ensure proper ticket resolution and classification, and develop process to highlight effectiveness and opportunities
  • Maintain and improve established asset-management process and computer leasing schedules and their impact to budgets and work effort
  • Continued development of platform support tools to enable automation and improve delivery
  • Drive transformation and adoption of digital workplace tools (M365/SharePoint)
  • End user and collaboration equipment ordering, configuration, delivery, and repair; including analysis and selection of technology requirements & research into new technologies which may affect Company standards
  • Audits and evaluates the performance of his/her functional team
  • Recruits and selects for employment high quality Support personnel

10% Computing Systems Analysis and Support
  • System analysis, including consulting with users and application of industry knowledge to determine functional requirements for new computer systems and system enhancements
  • Research commercially available software to identify products that might meet departmental requirements; investigates products' ability to meet user, functional, and technical requirements
  • Adhere to and identify potential shortcomings related to SOX and PCI requirements and inform staff on established Company policy
  • Document and share knowledge with staff and other team members or as FAQs or training materials for user community
  • Remain abreast on industry changes and advancements in technology
  • Serve as 24x7x365 hands on support for local MDF and IT facilities

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree - OR - 10+ years of relevant IT experience in a corporate environment supporting 1000+ users.
  • Understands and acts consistently with the Company's Values, Goals and Objectives
  • Strong familiarity with company Security policies and awareness
  • Familiarity with Networking and with Distribution Center technologies a plus
  • Strong communication skills required for face-to-face client interaction and intra-team collaboration
  • Ability to communicate and function as a thought leader in the Technology Services team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Financial software, MDM tools (Intune/Kandji)
  • Understanding of a hybrid Windows and Mac Enterprise environment
  • Must work nights and weekends when required and be available to be contacted while not on duty
  • Maintain updated knowledge of new technology
  • Handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Manages support teams servicing domestic US offices, including Corporate facilities in Atlanta and New York and Distribution Centers in Braselton, Stockbridge, Griffin, and Jonesboro
  • Manages IT expense and capital budgets
  • Align with Company Leadership to help guide direction and enable business objectives
  • Work closely with other IT Technology Services teams to deliver on critical initiatives
