Job Summary:

As a Senior Living Advisor, you will be responsible for helping seniors and their families navigate the complex process of choosing the right senior living community. You will provide expert guidance and advice to help seniors find the right assisted living, independent living, or memory care community that fits their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough assessments of each senior's needs, preferences, and budget to determine the best senior living options for them.

2. Build strong relationships with local senior living communities and stay up-to-date on their amenities, services, and costs.

3. Educate seniors and their families on the differences between assisted living, independent living, and memory care, and the costs associated with each option.

4. Work closely with families to develop a customized plan that addresses their specific needs and preferences.

5. Provide guidance and support throughout the entire decision-making process, including coordinating tours of senior living communities and helping with the move-in process.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on each senior's needs and preferences, as well as the senior living communities in the area.

7. Attend industry events and stay current with industry trends to ensure that you are providing the most up-to-date advice and guidance to seniors and their families.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in social work, gerontology, nursing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior living or related field.

3. Knowledge of the senior living industry, including the different types of senior living communities and the services they offer.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with seniors and their families.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Must be able to travel to senior living communities within the Seattle area.
