Summary:
The Integration Analyst formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. The Application System Analyst prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities.

Designs, develops, tests and debugs software components of moderate to high complexity
Provides implementation, production and upgrade support for software components of moderate to high complexity
May act as supporting liaison between the application team and the user community, responsible for facilitating communications, coordinating system enhancements, and providing production support.
Works with user community to define business requirements in sufficient detail and define business use cases that systems configuration, development/enhancement, and/or Operations activities can be pursued.
Manages the development of user and technical documentation according to department standards.

Qualifications:
The Integration and Interoperability Analyst position is a high-level position responsible for acquiring in depth knowledge of Epic and System Interfaces, platforms for interoperability and data exchange.
Preferred qualifications to your job posting (skills, application experience, industry type, etc.)
- Certification in Epic Bridges as determined by Epic course catalog (or certification within 6 months of hire) and Interface Engine certification or training
- Demonstrates the ability to collect workflow and other pertinent information from clients
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the system/interfaces and provide guidance in analyzing issues and the development of potential solutions
- Develop interface specifications and data flow diagrams
- Ability to work within a project team and be responsible for integration needs of assigned projects
- Act as a point of escalation for complex multi-system issues

Bachelor s degree in related technical/business area plus 4 years of IT or business experience. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
