Repisodic is a Philadelphia-based healthtech company that is drastically improving the hospital discharge process by building the process around the patient’s experience, specifically when navigating the difficult process of selecting a continued care provider upon discharge from the hospital. We provide a cloud-based solution to hospitals and post-acute care providers (such as Skilled Nursing Rehabs and Home Health Agencies), which enables us to make a positive difference in health outcomes for thousands of patients every day.

Founded by former Siemens Healthcare executives who also understand the challenges at a personal level that patients face upon discharge, Repisodic has quickly been able to gain traction with health systems and hospitals at a national level, while reducing the friction for patients at this stressful moment of choice.

In preparation for our next phase of growth and impact, we have an immediate opening for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing tech team. You will:

• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)

• Produce fully functional UI applications by writing clean code and working with UI/UX designers

• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions

• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance

• Identify and implement changes that improve user experience

• Work with the team to plan new features

• Guide the consideration and adoption of UI technologies and Javascript frameworks

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• Multi-year project experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue

• Experience with responsive design and development

• Familiarity with design principles from Object-Oriented Programming and asynchronous REST communication

• Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects

• Bonus points for startup experience which is a huge plus!
