What will you do

The Senior Financial Analyst, US eCommerce will play a critical role supporting the fastest growing channel within the US Consumer business. They will play an integral part in helping shape sales forecasts, trade investment plans and create analytics to support the eCommerce platform. The person will be responsible for US eCommerce financial reporting for the North America region, and will partner closely with business partners to achieve total NA eCommerce goals and deliver profitable growth. This position will report to the Customer Development Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Forecasting – Support US eCommerce monthly forecasting and quarterly/annual business updates across brands and channels, in coordination with sales teams and trade finance. Translate business insights on sales performance (GTS and NTS) into clear narratives for senior leaders.
  • Trade Investment Management - Support, develop, and implement tools and resources to manage the eCommerce trade budgets and optimize investments across all brands. Must be able to pivot and adapt to changing business needs to effectively manage all components of Trade including, but not limited to, BvA reporting, P&L impacts resulting from Trade investment mix variations, and customer deduction tracking
  • Innovative Data & Business Analytics - As eCommerce growth continues, this SFA will be looked upon as an SME to help guide decision making throughout the creation of eCommerce capabilities. This includes but is not limited to the creation of automated tools for NTS reporting, Trade management, and eCommerce P&Ls.
  • Cross-Functional Business Partnering – This role requires routine business partnering with the eCommerce team and Finance counterparts as well as project based cross-functional business partnering. To effectively drive change through all business partnering, this SFA will be expected to support eCommerce’s vision to innovate and implement technology solutions with IT and other functions.

Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 3 years of finance or accounting experience
  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Solid framing and communication skills
  • Ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization and collaborate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, deal with complexity, and be able to multitask.
  • Proactively take on leadership roles in projects and think strategically

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certification
  • Previous experience in the consumer products industry
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn data visualization and data cleansing tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI
  • Proven experience creating and delivering presentations to all levels within the organization

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $73,000 to $117.300.
