Senior Quantitative Developer - Disruptive Fintech
A rapidly growing disruptive fintech firm investing in high-growth startups to bridge the gap between traditional and non-traditional assets is looking for a quantitative developer that will make investment decisions using cutting-edge technology and quantitative analysis.
Responsibilities:
As a quantitative developer, you will design and build large-scale systems design and update internal event stream models to make sure they are precise, current, and effective.
You will improve the performance and scalability of their systems by reviewing and sanity-checking PRs, working with other teams to make sure their systems are integrated with other parts of the firm, and adhering to current software engineering best practices.
Qualifications:
- M.S. or Ph.D in Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative software development
- Strong background in developing large-scale systems
- Ability to write robust and maintainable Python code
