Job Summary

We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually engaging graphics that communicate our brand message and support our marketing objectives. You will work closely with the creative team to develop concepts and designs that engage and inspire our target audience across various mediums.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives
• Work closely with the creative team to develop design solutions that engage and inspire our target audience
• Create and deliver high-quality design work for various mediums, including print, digital / web, social media, and video
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
• Ensure that all design work meets high standards of quality and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, art directors, and marketing managers, to ensure that design solutions meet business requirements
• Stay current with design trends, technologies, and best practices
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance design concepts
• Mentor junior members of the creative team as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related work experience
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design or related field
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative skills and ability to develop visually engaging design solutions across various mediums
• Expert knowledge of design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other Adobe tools
• High attention to detail and craft; master of typography, color, design systems
• Expert knowledge and speed in Google Slides, Keynote and PowerPoint for presentations
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Keeps up with latest cultural trends and technologies
• Motion design experience is a plus

Work Schedule

• Full-time 40 hours and generally scheduled Monday through Friday 9am-6pm EST
• Work schedule to be established with supervisor to ensure Company’s client and business needs are met
• Flexible work schedule and environment, see company policy if applicable.
