Job Competencies

Provides individualized treatment utilizing behavioral and psychological interventions and assessment techniques in the provision of clinical care or in clinical or behavioral research protocols and clinical programs.

Applies psychological or behavioral interventions and assessment techniques for research or clinical programs. Develops and or delivers individualized psychologically based treatment plans. Maintains appropriate documentation of all clinical activities and protocols. Implements operational procedures maintaining quality assurance. Assists in monitoring research or clinical protocol adherence and strategic planning for the clinical protocol. Trains staff, evaluates performance, and provides clinical supervision.

Education Required - Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, related counseling degree or Social Work.

Experience Required - Three years of post-masters related counseling experience.
