JOB SUMMARY

The Senior CHAM will lead FIFCO's initiatives by managing their team and call book towards company targets by communicating with Field Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Insights, Retailers and the wholesaler network.

LOCATION: Remote in Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse NY

DEPARTMENT: Sales

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing results and professionally developing any direct reports
• Developing rolling 30/60/90 plans as well as longer term planning for future business opportunities
• Establishing high level relationships and partnerships with our retailers and wholesalers, as well as cross functionally internally
• Cross functional alignment with trade, marketing and operations
• Clear communication of expectations internally and with our wholesalers
• Must be able to communicate effectively through e-mail (both internally and externally), region calls, wholesaler and buyer presentations, etc.
• Budget management
• Regular drive time and air travel throughout the assigned territory
• Understand market trends and how it affects our business
• Must have a working knowledge of all available resources
• Must be flexible and able to address high profile, complicated retailer requests with extremely tight deadlines
• Identify and drive distribution opportunities
• Business planning
• Actively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, required
• 5+ years of sales experience with a history of calling on National Chains, managing a team of at least 5 members and involvement in the bev/alc category
• Experience using syndicated data (i.e., IRI, Nielsen, VIP)
• Microsoft Office, required
