Our client is a rising, well-respected civil engineering consulting firm based in the suburban Philadelphia area that specializes in Industrial, Commercial, Retail, and Residential land development projects. As they continue to grow, they are looking to add a Sr. CAD Operator to their team.- Produce concept plans with minimal direction as well as plan sheets with appropriate notes, scales, legends, etc.
- Help CAD Designers and Engineering Department with drafting as needed
- Prepare colored, 2D site renderings
- Prepare quantity take-offs for use in design documents.
- Collaborate with CAD Designers and CAD Operators
- Provide quality design documents and submission items
- 3+ years of CAD drafting experience in various land development sectors (Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Residential) in the Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey region.
- Prior experience with Civil 3D
- Ability to work independently in a home office
- Team player capable of collaborating with other design/drafting team members
