At Florida Window and Door, we serve our State by specializing in the installation of residential Impact Windows and Doors.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper, to play a vital role in our accounting department by maintaining records with the highest level of accuracy, and expertise in QuickBooks. The Bookkeeper will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and assist in month-end close, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and other duties as described below.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system.
• Recording of debits and credits.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounting records with internal controls.
• Reviewing data for accuracy and verifying that transactions have been recorded accurately.
• Reconciling accounts payable ledgers and accounts receivable ledgers.
• Weekly training payments.
• Bonus and commission payments.
• Assist CFO in month end close.
• Assist in maintaining WIP schedules.
• Sales tax.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Expert in QuickBooks.
• Input data with the highest degree of accuracy.
• Attention to detail is a MUST.
• Effective Multi-tasker.
• Ability to project complete understanding of process.
• Must be able to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday.
• Job placement contingent upon background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
