POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is a key position within Nestle USA that will leverage Quality Systems throughout Operations to drive Compliance and Continuous Improvement. This position provides compliance to digital systems supporting business goals within the Quality function such as Consumer Complaints, Net Contents, & First Time Right. This position leverages simplification of Quality systems and processes supporting Digital platforms such as SAP, DMO (MES), BW, & PowerBi. This role supports NUSA, NPRO, Nutrition, and Canada businesses while also support both Corporate & Factory partners in quality.

Primary Responsibilities
Identify and share knowledge on losses utilizing statical processes.
  • Analyze data, identify trends/patterns in complex data sets, and generate custom formatted data reports to aid leadership with strategic decision planning.
  • Assist factories with Regulatory Net Content understanding and learning.
  • Assist factories & teams with SPC understanding and learning utilizing digital tools to guide the SPC process
  • Assist factories & teams with PowerBi and creation of local PowerBi tools for their own insights.

Develop, maintain, and retire content on the various Quality Communications platforms.
  • Including but not limited to the Nestle Intranet, SharePoint Locations, Power BI, PowerApps, Poka, and our internal Workplace Social platform.
  • Advise on Microsoft tools to build capability within the team. Establish written procedures, processes, training materials, and documentation for tools utilized by Quality teams.

Enact project management processes to coordinate Quality Digital projects and innovations.
  • Map, Develop, Test, Deploy, and Communicate when incorporating new processes or technology into the Quality functions.
  • Depending on project, one or more of these steps could be part of responsibilities.
  • Provide Training documentation along with new or updated solutions.
Partner and align with other corporate functions to ensure continuity throughout the Operations community in reporting tools utilized.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years experience or Associates degree plus 7 years experience in Quality or Food Safety Management, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics or related technical field.
  • IS/IT skills, knowledge & experience.
  • Experience with PowerBi & SAP systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Visual Basics (macros) preferred.
  • Change Management, Continuous Improvement, and Statistical Processing experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
