Senior Administrative Assistant, Distribution Center

We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant, for the Distribution Center to join our team!
You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite, reliable, and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, call customers, and generally being a pleasant, helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
To be successful in this role, you should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. You should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. The Administrative Assistant, must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, you should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Responsibilities:
- Create email communications and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Make outbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Create and process invoices with QBO (QuickBooks Online)
- Track and record all Bill of Lading activity
- Generate color coded picking lists in QBO
- Print shipping labels
- Perform all other office tasks assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or QuickBooks Pro required
- Bi-lingual Spanish is required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
