Our Selling Business Managers (SBM's) are responsible for the schedules of their team and their sales performance. They are responsible for the execution of markdowns, visual standards, inventory control, and much more!
20% of the SBM's day is spent on managerial duties. The other 80% is spent SELLING. SBM's receive commission on ALL of their sales and receive bonuses for achieving their department sales goals. NO CAP ON COMMISSIONS!
