We are looking for a chef consultant with extensive knowledge and experience in Pan-asian cuisine to help us develop and execute new, modern, and exciting asian dishes.
Job Description:
Create new Asian influence dishes.
Reviews menus, analyzes recipes, determines food, labor, and overhead costs, and assigns prices to menu items as needed.
· Assists in overseeing kitchen inventory, purchasing, and food costs.
· Control food costs and minimize waste of all food items.
· Assist and train BOH staff in preparing all dishes and provide performance feedback.
· To ensure the proper handling and storage of all food items according to health and safety.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
