Bryant Security has proudly served the South Florida community since 1985. We invite you to join our team of dedicated security professionals.

We have an unarmed post in the Downtown Miami area that is in need of an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) Post Supervisor.

Candidates for this position must be able to start immediately. Hired today, training tomorrow.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in the security field. Hiring may be contingent upon a verification of employment/experience.
  • Must have a well groomed and professional appearance
  • Must have a valid Class D Security Officer License
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of security staff.
  • Prepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff.
  • Submits various reports to management daily.
  • Monitors the quality and quantity of work performed by the security team.
  • Administers corrective counseling when needed.
  • Works together with the property staff and management to promote a safe and secure environment.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.

Compensation: $17.50 Per Hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00

Off-Saturday and Sunday
