JOB TITLE: Security Operations Centre Supervisor
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Security Operations Centre Supervisor to join our team! As an SOC Supervisor in Security, you will be part of a fast-paced team of operators, monitoring, testing, maintaining, and responding to all key systems (CCTV, Alarms, Access Control and Fire Safety) and their integration, across all locations, both retail, logistical and home offices.
The role represents a unique opportunity for a colleague interested in responding to incidents across the ASDA estate to make our stores safer for colleagues and customers.
You will be part of a team within the Loss Prevention & Security function, that works in collaboration with stores and departments across the ASDA business.
This role is shift pattern work and will require some night, bank holiday and unsociable working hours on a rolling rota.
ABOUT YOU:
- The capacity to be able to react quickly to dynamic situations and adapt to new ways of working.
- Experienced team leader able to support the Loss Prevention & Security leadership with the running of the Security Operations Centre.
- Excellent ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely via verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail in gathering accurate information.
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure or stressful situations, in a calm and professional manner.
