Unarmed Security Field Supervisor (Night Shift) - $19.54 / hr - Tempe, AZ

POSITION OVERVIEW

Secureone, Inc. is currently looking for an Unarmed Security Field Supervisor (Night Shift) to manage Patrol and Field Operations. The Unarmed Security Field Supervisor, will be responsible for conducting vehicle patrols, checking in with the various static sites and client properties, and responding emergencies that occur on shift. As a Security Field Supervisor, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of our clients are adequately met while helping our Security Officers feel supported in their job duties.

Unarmed Field Security Supervisor Duties:

· Presents a mature, level-headed demeanor while supervising shift operations to include Patrol Officers and Security Officers across the Phoenix-metro area.

· Leads by example and sets the SecureOne standard for all employees to follow.

· Ability to make decisions on his/her own during critical situations and in the best interest of the business operation.

· Conducts attendance checks to confirm Security Officers have clocked in/out, providing additional coaching and counseling as needed to ensure Security Officers remain in compliance.

· Completes initial on the job training for new employees that do not have a Site Supervisor and any continued or renewal training as needed.

· Submits all OJT, corrective action, uniform issuance, and any other forms of importance to the Assistant Operations Manager to review and file as needed.

· Monitors emails and SilverTrac (PatrolTrac) reporting software periodically throughout shift ensuring that Security Officers enter the minimum of (4) entries and hour with 15-minute time gaps maximum and reviewing critical incidents submitted by providing follow up either via email to SecureOne or in person response to location.

· Issues new or replacement uniform items to Security Officers who are not in the designated uniform, or the uniform becomes damaged or does not reflect the professional views of SecureOne Security Services.

· Conducts site welfare checks (officer inspections) and completes a uniform inspection on the Security Officer(s) on-duty verifying they are in complete SecureOne uniform and have current guard licensing.

· Evaluates Security Officer performance as needed and submits observations to the Assistant Operations Manager for review.

· Identifies Security Officers that violate SecureOne policies and begin the necessary coaching or corrective action needed to rectify the employee’s performance.

· Assists Dispatch and Management in identifying candidates to fill in shifts after call-offs, time off requests or no call/ no shows occur.

· Identifies, creates and submits Service Failure Reports as needed to the Assistant Operations Manager and Operations Manager on areas to include but not limited to: employee tardiness, open posts, missed patrol stops, abandoned post, and officer performance.

· Patrols in a marked security vehicle to the various patrol accounts as needed serving as a deterrent to suspicious activity and persons while documenting activity while on site.

· Provides recommendations to the Assistant Operations Manager on areas of improvement/development of standing or patrol accounts as needed.

· Completes and submits a detailed Daily Activity Report to management identifying all activities and events occurred throughout shift.

· Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Operations Manager and Operations Manager.
