Abacus Staffing, a leading provider of workforce solutions across Tidewater and the United States, is seeking friendly, team-oriented individuals for a Seasonal Staffing Specialist role at our Virginia Beach, VA branch.
Job Duties:
- Greeting and assisting office visitors with the application process, interviews, additional screenings, inquiries, etc.
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls from applicants, employees and clients.
- Working with team to manage job board postings, social media efforts, hiring events, community partnerships, and order fulfillment.
- Contributing to the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere we strive to create for our visitors, employees, clients, and fellow team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous staffing experience is a plus but not required!
- Friendly and personable attitude.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage multi-line phone system.
