What We're Looking For:

Vacasa is seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering personalized attention and helping us maintain our quickly growing portfolio of vacation homes. This person should have an eye for detail and a knack for fixing things to ensure the needs of our properties are met.

This is a seasonal position. We are hiring for this position now and employment is expected to end on or around 9/9/23. While the company is under no obligation to extend your employment through the season nor beyond the end date, there may be additional opportunities within this or other roles.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist the operations team in Santa Rosa Beach, preparing homes for arrives and departures
  • Complete thorough inspections of unit to ensure guest-readiness
  • Report and record all maintenance and/or housekeeping deficiencies
  • Frequent travel between units depending on occupancy and availability
  • Ensure units are properly and fully secured
  • Meet and maintain Vacasa's Standard Unit Appearance, correcting inconsistencies in the units you enter
  • Perform housekeeping duties as required during off-season and/or when business necessitates additional assistance in cleaning units.
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices
  • Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
  • Highly responsive and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Compensation:

  • $16 / hour

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
  • Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
    • Reach overhead and below the waist
    • Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
    • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
    • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
