We are a growing fun patient-focused pediatric orthodontic practice looking to add more amazing team members.
Looking for a full-time Front Office Administrative Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator immediately for our pedo/ortho office in Costa Mesa, Placentia, Cerritos, and Garden Grove. A commute between offices is required.

Requirements:
  • Must have superior customer service
  • Must be a great multi-tasker, very friendly, and loves working with people
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be punctual
  • Must be dependable and patient
  • Pays attention to detail and is a rockstar
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must
