Billion Auto of Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Full-time Document Scanner/Administrative Staff Member to join our Accounting Team!

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

The scanning associate will process office documents via scanning to the appropriate stores. Light administrative can include filing, typing, organizing and other duties as needed.

ESSENTAIL FUNCTIONS:

-Possess accuracy, organization and attention to detail.

-Able to multitask and meet deadlines.

-Possess enthusiastic, high-energy, and self-motivated approach towards work.

-Communicate effectively and expertly.

-Maintain a positive work environment for customers, co-workers, and management.

-Apply personal ethics, honesty, integrity, and confidentiality in all areas.

-Abide by the company's privacy guidelines to protect the privacy of our customers.

-Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-High School Diploma or GED required.

-Valid Driver's License required.

-Previous office experience preferred.
