As a SAP FICO Analyst-III you will be responsible for ensuring that the Company’s Business requirements are identified and achieved through proper system design, while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility is to serve as the coordinator between business needs and SAP technical solutions
  • Gathers business requirements and translate them into technical/functional requirements and create functional & technical process flows of data into & out of SAP applications
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Development Leads and other members of the Development and Functional Teams to develop SAP solutions
  • Participates in strategic Business/IT meetings to review, evaluate new technical challenges to improve operating efficiencies and Work closely with business and finance department for any SAP FICO related issues
  • Perform system testing including the functionality, performance and fit to ensure requirements are met
  • Design and develop test plans (e.g. test objectives, test cases, test data and test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system or acceptance testing
  • Maintain constant communication on all duties and responsibilities across teams as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting/Finance as minimum entry requirement
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Developing, Configuring and Supporting all modules of SAP FICO i.e. including Treasury and Cash management
  • Experience in developing and configuring Order To Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire and Record to Report business process in SAP ERP
  • Experience in designing and developing business process and functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Forms, Conversion, & Enhancement
  • Minimum two years of experience in data conversion, migrations, roll outs, go-live, change control, production build and ongoing support including break/fix, minor enhancements for live business units
  • Experience in developing integration between FI and other modules like SD, MM, WM, etc.
  • At least 2 SAP go-live implementation experience
  • Experience in managing banking i.e. credit cards, checks, ACH, wires etc.
  • Experience in developing in SAP Test scripts for UAT and FUT
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in SAP environment integrated with systems like Concur, Coupa and Vertex
  • At least 3 years of experience using HPQC, LANDesk, MS Office, LSMW and IDOCs
  • High attention to detail, strong problem solving skills and ability to balance multiple projects
  • Positive team player, “go-getter” attitude & willing to learn new technologies as per requirement
