Zantech is looking for a talented SAP Enterprise Solution Architect, SME to conduct business process analysis and fit-gap analysis against Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Industry best practices for an upcoming project.

The SAP Enterprise Solution Architect, SME will be responsible for the following areas:

• Conducts business process re-engineering and organizational change impacts to align processes with ERP or Industry best practices. Reviews ERP system design documents, including process descriptions, business process procedures, functional specifications, and technical specifications.
• Prepares and leads collaborative cross-program, cross-domain design workshops and integrated planning teams (IPTs) with ERP and Army Subject Matter Experts.
• Prepares and presents information and decision briefings and white papers to advise senior Army leadership as required. Prepares input into Army requirements documents and implementation guides (solution scope and approach) in collaboration with Army Combat Developer (requirements generator) and Army Material Developer (program management) community.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Master's degree in Information Technology with additional formal SAP training Clearance:
• 20-30 years of experience with multiple full lifecycle end-to-end SAP implementations and experience across the core ERP logistics and finance functionality.
• PM-level experience with large scale SAP projects and proven delivery skills.
• Extensive knowledge of implementation software tools required for large scale ERP implementation.
• Must have Army SAP business management systems experience on a large (over 100K) end user ERP program.

Required Certifications:

• PMP or equivalent
• SAP ASAP-PM

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Presentation and meeting facilitation experience.

Required Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
