EWC prides itself on its unique business model and its network of more than 900 centers across the U.S, bringing us from the first wax-only salon to the largest.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce results consistent with monthly goals. Manage productive center shifts to ensure center meets and exceeds key performance objectives.
  • Take ownership and accountability for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover by sharing all best practices.
  • Celebrate positive associate performance and partners with franchisees to identify performance opportunities for ongoing feedback and development.
  • Maintain a presence through effective floor sales leadership.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire and retain candidates.
  • Coach associates for current and future career growth.
  • Manage and adjust schedules and daily tasks to meet business goals.
  • Ensure all areas of the Center are neat, clean, organized and operating to company standards.
  • Meets or exceeds monthly budget targets for sales, cost of goods, labor, and administrative set by franchisees.

  • Is a self-motivated go-getter with an energetic, upbeat personality!
  • Is able to coach associates to connect with our guests
  • Is accountable, punctual, organized, and leads and inspires by example
  • Has an open and flexible schedule
  • An ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal interactions.
  • An ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
