We need a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team.
The Solution Architect will be responsible for driving client engagements by establishing functional requirements, process gaps, and pain spots, and then swiftly designing and executing best-in-class solutions using Salesforce Sales, Service, and/or Community Cloud. Finally, as a Solution Architect, you will be the principal design owner and trusted subject matter expert for all Salesforce-related deliverables.
This role will be reporting to the Senior Director, Salesforce & Call Center Technologies

Located at our office in Naperville, IL or Mt. Laurel, NJ our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Lead technical design and implementation for Salesforce projects.
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions for contact center and service center modules.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Developing technical design documents, including solution architecture, integration architecture, and data architecture.
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed for development and deployment.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues and recommending solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership for project teams.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to ensure project success.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Ensure technical solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure proper testing methodologies are followed.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends and recommend best practices for Salesforce implementations.
  • Providing technical leadership for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, including best practices for data modeling, integration, and customization.
Experience and Qualifications of the Role
  • 10+ years of experience on Salesforce implementation and development with 5+ years designing Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including knowledge management, omnichannel routing, and field service.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including lead management, opportunity management, and forecasting.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform features such as workflow, process builder, and data loader.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration, including REST and SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including source control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and APIs.
  • Experience with contact center and service center modules, including CTI, IVR, case management, and service console.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects from conception to deployment.
Education
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect required.
