We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You will play in an integral role in supporting our business operations by administering and optimizing our Salesforce.com (“SFDC”) CRM system and related technologies. Responsibilities:

• Maintain SFDC configuration and documentation, including: user setup & permissions; cross-object fields, validation rules & page layouts; integrations; managed packages; sandboxes; etc.

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ experience is a bonus

• Manage custom objects including the creation of new objects to support business needs

• Monitor SFDC data and implement procedures to improve its quality and standardize its use

• Perform SFDC mass data updates with utility applications

• Oversee and resolve service request tickets, providing end-user support and training

• Address business requests by partnering with end-users and stakeholders to understand needs, gather business requirements, scope solutions, build and present POCs, and deliver results

• Assist sales with opportunity management, commission splits, workflow issues, data hygiene, and training for new hires and continued education

• Create reports and dashboards as needed

• Learn and support other business applications in use by partnering teams

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements in SFDC and related technologies

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience

• Must have SFDC admin experience in Classic & Lightning UIs; certification(s) preferred

• Skilled at data analysis and governance

• Apex/VisualForce development familiarity helpful
  
  
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and creating process/flow charts

• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners

• Proficient in communicating with people at all levels of the company

• Adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering quality and timely results

• Bachelor’s degree required
