Mandatorily needed:

• Must have Salesforce Certification
• Must be a US Citizen with the eligibility to obtain clearance

Required Technical Skills

• 10 years of IT industry experience is a must
• Preference will be given to candidates with Federal/State/Local Government background, although its not mandatory
• 5+ years of experience delivering custom Salesforce-related solutions across multiple clients and business scenarios.
• 5+ years of prior experience working as a Salesforce Developer
• 3+ years of direct experience translating business requirements into Agile stories and ensuring those stories are properly groomed.
• 3+ years of direct Agile project management leadership experience.
• Works individually and within teams to analyze needs, determine requirements, develop applications, and maintain or extend applications to support the information technology of business and operational users. The role utilizes a system development life cycle methodology and standard operating procedures to deliver high-quality technology solutions to clients, departments, and users.
• CSS, JavaScript and HTML5 Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Salesforce Lightning components (LWC), Salesforce Security including Profiles, Permissions sets and Sharing Rules
• Web Services, lightning UI
• Triggers, classes, Asynchronous Apex, Web Services, SOQL, visual force Pages, Aura components, APEX Components & Controllers, AppExchange etc.
• Force.com IDE, VS Code, WSP FTP,SOAP UI , GitLab, Integration and Rest API
• Demonstrable experience validating developed modules, functions, flows, and pages to ensure full delivery against business requirements and that everything works as intended.
• Demonstrable experience designing, and personally building, Lightning pages for enhanced end user experiences.
• Ability to confidently mentor client staff on best practice principles and frameworks.
• Ability to lead mixed onshore/offshore technical teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Up to $126.84 per hour
