What you'll be doing
This position requires to support our Partner community (partners, internal users - partner managers, operations) with effective tools and processes, and translating business requirements into relevant processes and systems setup.
External Partner Portal Support
Facilitates technical creation of pages, audience targeting, customization of messaging, day to day functioning of portal, access rights, system integration, HTML coding, video, images integration, communications updates, community administrator of changes, troubleshooting.
Internal SFDC Administrator for Partner Specific Business
Maintains backend system integrations for SFDC with linkages to applications such as Oracle, Adobe Experience Manager, etc,. Perform data uploads into test and productions systems using 'data-loader' tools, has high level system admin access to config changes directly in production and to push via testing repository, and if necessary, access to examine code. Liaise with Salesforce, Oracle and digital development teams for triage, de-bugging, and hot-fixes.
Create System Enhancement Requirement Documentation/Grooming using JIRA story tracking application, Interface with Technical resources to 'fine-tune' requirement requests, Maintain regular meetings with internal customers to assist with 'Prioritization' of backlog assignments, be(come) the Subject Matter Expert for Channel Selling applications which include: Salesforce objects for Market Development Funds, Partner Performance Summaries, Invoicing, Partner Account and User Registration, Compliance and Legal, Workflow Routing and Notifications
Perform and coordinate UAT with Developers and Testing personnel for all partner related stories in order to provide signoff before deployment into production
Provide general ad-hoc support for all partner tools and processes
What you bring to the team
The expected salary for this position in our Colorado office is $75,000 - $85,000. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Vantara's variable pay program, subject to the program's conditions and restrictions."

What you bring to the team
- 2 - 5 years of experience
- Gather and translate business requirements
- Strong SFDC experience (Salesforce), understanding of business processes, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in an IT related field required
- Detect, analyze, resolve root cause of application issues
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers or management on key elements
- Ability and experience in working with distributed teams and follow the sun development model.
- Have a positive and 'can do' attitude.
