Waterford.org is looking for an individual who is passionate about quality and has an interest in Salesforce Administration. As a QA and Jr. Salesforce Admin, you'll be responsible for monitoring the quality of the Upstart registration process, building, and validating the dashboards and reports built within Salesforce, and integrations with Power BI and assisting with Salesforce Administration as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products with a focus on data quality and security.

• Design and implement testing plans for Salesforce processes

• Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors

• Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress

• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations

• Upgrades and configures 3rd party integrations with Salesforce

• Build custom Salesforce reports and dashboards and manages integration of external Power BI reports delivered within the Salesforce environment.

• Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency

• Perform administrative tasks as needed

• Help drive a culture of success that aligns with Waterford.orgs established mission and values, as well as ongoing business and goal achievement

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and application to quality control

• Diligent and meticulous

• High regard for standards and quality control

• Able to sit or stand for long hours at a time

• Experience in quality control preferred

• Experience with Salesforce
