If you want to be a part of an exciting Commercial Operations team where you can drive and execute on goals for the Volvo Trucks brand, come join us! In this role you will manage the Sales Support and continuous improvement process to provide support to all Markets, Regions, Districts and Dealers. Target is to achieve Customer Satisfaction within Volvo Trucks NA and drive processes and business rules toward being Easy-to-do-Business-with. Successfully manage the order and delivery process for on-time, defect free, customer vehicle delivery.

This Is How You Could Make an Impact:
  • Represent the Volvo brand to our Dealer Network, and, in some cases, their customers.
  • Continuously drive improvements in the area of sales and operations for truck status communication as well as Delivery Precision
  • Manage dealer terminations, buybacks and buy/sell agreements as it relates to truck sales
  • Manage all credits to the dealer network in regards to Field Transaction forms, Retail Sales Assistance, Miscellaneous Financial Transactions, sales goodwill and other dealer reimbursements
  • Responsible for all corporate inventory to achieve corporate approved inventory levels including promoting, invoicing and delivery to VTNA Dealer Network
  • Responsible for the Demo Program
  • In depth knowledge of Volvo product offerings, features and benefits
  • Manage sales process from order to delivery and provide support if needed, once trucks are in service.
  • Sales Liaison with IT department, NRV, Fontaine, and Logistics
  • Responsible for Sales Policies and Procedures to be used by Dealer Network
  • Manage delivery issues to NRV through managing decisions on re-imbursements and final payments as well as overall responsibility with outside suppliers including communication of delays to dealer network
  • Responsible for the Secondary Freight Sales Policy reimbursement and the Undecking process for the Dealer Network
  • Manage the corporate repurchase and return to stock process
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Develop proactive dealer communications to enable dealer sales reps to manage delays and disturbances more efficiently with our customers
  • Perform Ad-hoc reporting when needed

WHO ARE YOU?
You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience required. You will have 3-5 years of experience within heavy trucks related companies of which 1-3 is preferred within Volvo.
