Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for researching, coordinating, and managing assigned projects for homeowners, homeowner’s associations & specified projects with their DaVinci roofing project by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Follows up with each lead that comes in via web or phone for potential DaVinci purchases

Works with outside sales to maintain a database of contractors to which leads should be referred

Tracks lead after they have referred to measure contractor success rates

Sends samples

Assists with technical questions, color and blend choice.

Helps homeowners determine what DaVinci product is best suited for their project

Provides a list of potential contractors to complete the project.

Creates and provides lists of installation addresses for the homeowner to visit to see the DaVinci product already installed.

Directly interfaces with company staff, customers, and subcontractors.

Builds relationships with customers and proactively communicates throughout the selling cycle.

Acts as primary point of contact for qualified customers during the selling cycle.

Tracks wins on projects from within assigned territory.

This role can be based out of a home office with travel and in office meetings scheduled as needed.
