We are actively seeking a highly motivated and adaptable In-Store Lead Generator to join our growing team in Pineville, North Carolina! What You'll Be Doing:

• Work as an in-store lead generator in a retail flooring environment
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential customers
• Engage customers and create and enhance in store relationships
• Generate sales leads and opportunities for the team daily
• Assist with admin support for the team to enter accurate information as needed into systems daily
• Schedule Flooring Installations at the direction given by sales manager

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

• Charlotte, NC 28273: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
