Have you worked in sales and LOVE IT but want to make some more money? Do you have strong follow up skills and/or BDC experience? Silver has 180 vehicles in stock and currently only 2 salespeople! Selling USED CARS in this current economic climate is KEY!!! Our goal is to sell 70 per month and need someone with a strong work ethic, great commitment to stay in contact with customers and a desire to grow within the organization. We have a 10 year goal to have 18 locations so this is just the start for your career! LOTS OF GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES! Very stable sales staff, great culture and a flexible schedule. Most all of our vehicles are purchased correctly so we can make money and still offer great deals. We are very different from most dealers both in pay plans, culture and strategies. We sell what many other dealers cannot sell. Affordable cars at good prices with a GREAT EXPERIENCE. If you can sell and follow up without having to (or wanting to) be micromanaged we are the right place for you. Average tenure is 10 years here at Silver. However, you need to want to work, know how to work and must be disciplined to work efficiently and intelligently. It is not a hard job and will be fun. Especially if you like to sell and can stay self motivated.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
